Tamera has been a blessing in my life. My mother was diagnosed with cancer around the same time I gave birth to my firstborn child. She passed away the year after. 2020 has been one of the most challenging years in my life and Tamera was there every step of the way to help me see the light at the end of the tunnel. She has supported me find peace and purpose in my role as a mother, wife, daughter, and sister, while also reminding me to prioritize myself (my physical and mental health as well as my spirituality). She has helped me find solace in the midst of situations that were beyond me and that I couldn't comprehend. She walked with me to the bottom of my mental and emotional abyss and guided me back to the surface with compassion and without judgment. Tamera has also been a tremendous and positive influence on me, my husband, my son, and my brothers. I have worked with her on individual, couples, and family therapy sessions. She has also made herself available outside of office hours, whenever I needed her. If it weren't for Tamera, I don't know what my mental state would be today. I don't know if I would still be married either. She is helping me heal my soul by always giving me profound perspectives on the life I am living and she holds me accountable. I came to Tamera to focus on my healing in a more holistic way, and in our sessions I have found so much clarity and understanding. Tamera is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is incredibly intuitive and always knows what to say to bring out those deeper realizations that are needed for growth. I feel that Tamera has really helped me move past a rut that I had been in and helped give me the confidence that I needed to take ownership of my reality. I’ve been to many therapists and none of them were able to provide the results that Tamera was able to provide. We went to her several couples counseling sessions and she was able to help us with issues that were plaguing our relationship for years.
